Commission for my friends Shawn and Lesley who we're married at this wondeful, historic old Cincinnati church. 

This is the first, and currently only, painting that I completed in my apartment. I usually paint in my studio. This is also the first painting I completed after being in a funk and not painting for six or more weeks. 

I had had a staph infection in my right eye and then fell and broke my shoulder. Those events threw me into that funk. I'm happy to be back in the painting groove and this painting helped me get there.
